Questions owners ask
Do my staff need to install anything?
No. They use Telegram, which they already have. The bot speaks Khmer and English.
Can staff check in for each other?
The bot checks where they are when they check in, or they scan a code on the shop screen that changes every minute. It asks for a photo now and then, and flags anything odd for you.
Is my staff's location tracked all day?
No. Only at the moment they check in or out.
Can other businesses see my data?
No. One business cannot see another, and managers see only their own shop.
How do I pay my staff?
Advances are taken off, payslips go out, and you scan each person's KHQR to pay them.
Can I take my records with me?
Yes. Download any month as a spreadsheet, whenever you like.
What happens if I stop paying?
The account is paused. Nothing is deleted: hours, pay and records all come back when you return.
